Engaging and promoting activity.
Manu’u Aquatic was founded as an extension of Sain Mamau’s belief that movement is key to healthy living in the Islands.
The Pacific Islands have long had cultural knowledge and training for an aquatic lifestyle. It was understood that working in and around water was key for survival, holistic health and recreation. In Hawaii, 56% of Children and adults exercise enough and only 50% of Keiki know how to swim.
Manu’u Aquatics works to broaden the existing network of teams and programs supporting aquatics by focusing on community inclusiveness and providing options for all ages and skill levels.
Our mission is simple: Empower communities in the Pacific to lead healthy lives through aquatic activity.
